For a long time, I have been following Melanie Leahy in her campaign for Truth, Justice and change for others, after her son Matthew’s death November 2012.
‘In the care of the State’.
I am regularly hearing of similar deaths and serious incidents in Essex and across the country, within mental health services.
This case in particular, has become one of great public concern and I believe warrants an public inquiry into the failures.
I support Mrs Leahy in this pursuit.
